These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk99 platform and all services operated under it. By using the website, opening an account, or taking part in any game or bet, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you object to any term, please refrain from using the service.

1 Definitions and Scope of Application

Some important terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Balance" — the total amount of funds held in an account.

2 Account Registration

To register on tk99, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be confiscated.

3 Age Verification and Restrictions

All tk99 services are for persons aged 21 or above only. Minors are not permitted to open an account and this is strictly prohibited. Assisting a minor in using an account will be treated as a serious violation of these Terms.

tk99 may at any time request a national identity card or equivalent document as proof of age. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. tk99 will never ask for your password or OTP by phone or message. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact us immediately via 24/7 live chat or email. Allowing a third party to use your account is prohibited.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Deposits on tk99 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for each method). Once a deposit is successful it is credited to your account; if there is any delay for any reason, please contact the support team.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment account from which the deposit was made. Requests to withdraw to a different account will not be accepted without additional verification.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if verification is required, this time may increase.

• If there are bonus funds in the account before withdrawal, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Funds that are part of a pending withdrawal cannot be used for betting.
• Withdrawals may be delayed due to an incomplete verification process.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The tk99 welcome bonus is a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 15 times before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

Important terms regarding bonuses:

• The bonus can be received only once and is not transferable.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after the bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• tk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If manipulation or fraudulent activity in connection with any promotion is found, the bonus and winnings will be confiscated.

Under the VIP programme, Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback per week, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Using multiple accounts to avoid bonus terms or to gain bonus benefits by artificial means.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Sharing account details with others or allowing a third party to use the account.
• Deliberately exploiting any system error or vulnerability.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
• Registering with false or misleading information.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in the account being closed immediately, and the associated balance and winnings may be confiscated.

8 Betting and Game Rules

Each game and sports bet on tk99 has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page. General rules are given below:

8.1 Sports Betting

Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless tk99 itself issues a refund due to event cancellation. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be returned, or in the case of a multi-bet, it will be settled without that selection. tk99 reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.

8.2 Casino and Slots

All casino games and slot machines are operated using verified random number generator (RNG) technology. If the connection is lost during a game, the result is stored on the game server and can be viewed after reconnecting. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is considered final.

9 Account Suspension and Closure Process

tk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Failure to provide required documents for identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months).

A member may also request account closure at any time. Self-exclusion or cooling-off period options are available in accordance with the Responsible Gaming guidelines. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed.

10 Limitation of Liability

tk99 makes every effort to maintain the quality of its services. However, tk99 will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• Loss in a game or bet caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.
• Transactions affected by delays or errors in third-party payment systems.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical problems.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence or a third party.
